Founded in 2019, BON.E.FIDE was created from the belief that it is essential to invest in our bone health in order for us to enjoy a life full of joy, gratitude, and INDEPENDENCEwithout having to worry about breaking weak bones. It’s this belief, that guides my approach in sharing with you bone safe exercises that help to increase your bones' strength.

 

My main focus is on helping clients improve their health, and teach them tools to ensure they can maintain it too.
