Kettlebells! An easy to use, easy to store, versatile workout must have. Great for both upper and lower body workouts!









Of course my Whatafit resistance bands. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know these are one of my favorites. They are super light and easy to travel with, easy to store and provide good resistance for both upper and lower body exercises!








Hello stability ball! I must admit these are a little harder to store once inflated but GREAT for core and balance exercises. Need an alternative for sitting in the chair hours on end? Stability balls are a great substitute!











What’s a good workout without some music? As an avid music lover, having a good speaker is a must. I’ve had my Bose Soundlink for a few years and it still works like a charm. Connects seamlessly to my phone and alerts me when a call is coming in. What’s not to love!








These are must haves in every home! They can easily transition from cold compress to warm packs in a minute or less.
